I’m a Certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Advisor, and I work mostly with women in their 40s and 50s who’ve spent thousands of pounds on practitioners—functional medicine doctors, nutritionists, naturopaths—and they’re STILL exhausted, or have symptoms that remain unresolved.

I know this frustration personally. I’ve been there. And I’ve spent years studying quantum biology, circadian health, and metabolic function to understand what most practitioners are missing.
