I’m Frances — a nutrition and lifestyle advisor specialising in quantum nourishment and metabolic health.

I work with people who are intelligent, health-conscious, and genuinely trying — yet feel exhausted, foggy, wired, or confused when their body doesn’t respond the way they expect.

My own turning point didn’t come from another diet or supplement.

It came from understanding how food, light, environment, circadian rhythm, and metabolism actually work together.

That perspective changed everything — not by adding more effort, but by restoring the foundations the body relies on.
