Hi, I’m Fran, and I’m here to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms and feel your best again.

I’m a certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Advisor, but before that, I was someone struggling with my own health—trying to piece together answers that conventional healthcare wasn’t giving me.

For years, I battled digestive discomfort, low energy, and eczema. Then, in early 2023, I got long COVID. I went from being active and busy to barely having the energy to get out of bed. The hardest part? Feeling like I couldn’t care for my two little girls the way I wanted to. As I recovered, I realised my blood sugar was all over the place—I’d crash, feel dizzy, and need to eat constantly just to function. Seeing my prediabetic blood sugar levels on a CGM was a wake-up call, especially with my family history of diabetes and heart disease. I’d already been studying nutrition, but this made me even more determined to understand metabolic health and how it affects everything—from energy to gut health to long-term well-being.

Now, through The Resync Method, I help others break free from exhaustion, blood sugar crashes, brain fog, digestive discomfort, poor sleep, and feeling like their body just isn’t working the way it should. Using science-backed nutrition and lifestyle strategies, I help you work with your body, not against it.

You don’t need to rely on willpower, restrictive diets, or quick fixes. Sustainable health is about syncing with your body’s natural rhythms—and I’d love to help you do just that.

When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time outdoors with my family, cooking, or growing our own food.

My hobbies include:

  • Trail running through quiet woodlands
  • Cold-water swimming in lakes and rivers (even when it’s freezing!)
  • Foraging with my family for wild berries and mushrooms
  • Creating new recipes from whatever’s in the fridge
  • Growing food in our garden for simple, nourishing meals
  • Enjoying long walks or beach days with family and friends
  • Chasing sunshine (and sometimes rainbows!) with my little girls, who remind me to find joy in the small moments

Health isn’t just about what’s on your plate—it’s about how you spend your days and connect with the world around you. These activities inspire how I approach health for myself and my clients.

I hold a Cert. ION Nutrition and Lifestyle Advisor qualification, I am a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, and am currently furthering my studies as a Nutritional Therapy Student at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), often regarded as the gold standard for nutrition education in Europe.

I’m also proud to serve as an ambassador for the Public Health Collaboration, advocating for evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies to improve health at a community level. My ongoing education ensures I stay up-to-date with the latest scientific research and practices, so you can trust that my advice is grounded in both science and experience.
