“I followed a Reset week with Fran and I recommend it to anyone who would like to start a change in eating habits. I was eating quite well, organic and fresh, but always the same: soups in winter and salads in summer. I had problems with my sleep, I was feeling tired and stressed and with the need for regular snacks. During the Reset, we were given very good recipes, full of vegetables, proteins and fruits (and most of all delicious). Fran followed the group closely with questions, answers, good advice.
